BRONX - Monroe University - Bronx Men's Soccer Head Coach Jose Hernandez has announced the team's 2025 regular season schedule which can be viewed here. The schedule is subject to change.

Monroe - Bronx will play 15 matches during the regular season, six at home and nine on the road. Also, 12 of the 15 matches will be Region 15 contests. Two of the three non-region games will be against NJCAA Division II competition. All home games for the Express will be played at Flowers Park in New Rochelle, N.Y.

The Express will open the 2025 season with a home regional contest against national powerhouse Ulster County Community College on September 2, at 4:00 p.m. After that, Monroe will embark on a four-match road trip, kicking off with a key test against NJCAA Division III Men's Soccer National Tournament participant Northern Essex Community College on September 6, at 3:30 p.m. Also on the trip, Monroe will battle defending Region 19 Champion and NJCAA Division II powerhouse Mercer County Community College on September 11 at 4:00 p.m.

After the four-match road trip, the Express will participate in two home regional matches, one against Queensborough Community College (September 20 at 1:00 p.m.) and the other against LaGuardia Community College (September 23 at 4:00 p.m.). After four more Region 15 contests, Monroe will have a matchup on the road against NJCAA Division II Essex County College, a team that advanced to the Region 19 Championship Match in 2024. The battle against Essex County will be on October 8 at 12:00 p.m.  

Monroe will conclude the regular season with three Region 15 games. The first will be at Flowers Park on October 11 at 1:00 p.m. against defending Region 15 Champion Nassau Community College, a team that advanced to the NJCAA National Semifinal Round in 2024. The final road match of the regular season slate will be against Dutchess Community College on October 14 at 4:00 p.m. The Express will close out the regular season at home with a regional showdown against Suffolk County Community College in a rematch of the 2024 Region 15 Quarterfinals. That contest will take place on October 16 at 4:00 p.m.

Monroe - Bronx will aim to qualify for the Region 15 Postseason. The quarterfinal match will occur on October 25 at the higher seed. The semifinal round will take place on the campus of Nassau Community College on October 29. The championship contest is scheduled for November 1 at Nassau's Mitchel Athletic Complex.

ABOUT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM AT MONROE UNIVERSITY
The athletic program at Monroe University encompasses a total of 31 teams competing across nine sports. There are 21 varsity and junior varsity programs, as well as club men's and women's rugby, the Monroe University marching band, and the newly added esports and men's volleyball programs, competing on the New Rochelle campus as the Mustangs (NJCAA Division I). The Monroe Express, based out of the Bronx campus, has seven teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level.
