2026: First season playing collegiate softball for the Express... earned a spot on the NJCAA All-Academic third team (7/29)... was bestowed Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors (8/12)... produced 15 hits, including two doubles, drew 14 walks, scored 16 times, drove in seven runs, stole six bases, registered 36 putouts, and added 24 assists during her rookie season... went 2-for-4, including an RBI single, scored a run, worked a walk, and stole two bases in Game 1 against NJCAA Division II Orange County (3/15)... added a hit and tallied four assists in the field in Game 2 against NJCAA Division II Orange County (3/15)... went 3-for-4, including an RBI single, stole a base, and scored twice during the win in Game 1 at Bucks County (4/11)... added an RBI single, scored four times, and worked two walks during the victory in Game 2 at Bucks County (4/11)... provided seven putouts at Suffolk County (4/26). 
 
Who is Jayda?
Reason for Choosing Monroe: I was recruited by Coach Lauren for the Express softball team which helped me broaden my opportunities in this school.
Career Goals After Graduation: I plan to go on to law school, preferably Yale, which would be my dream but any Ivy League such as Columbia, Harvard, or Princeton would suffice. I have a goal and plan to accomplish it.
Dream Job: My dream job is to go into the fashion industry and be able to travel to Paris but I am currently on the route to becoming a corporate lawyer so that is my current goal since it is not an inconsistent path.
High School Sports Played: I have played high school sports since the 9th grade. I have played as a starter for my basketball and softball teams while consistently trying out for my baseball team.
