This marks Oliviery-Baker's second straight appearance on the All-Region team. Last year, she was a regional second-team honoree. This season, she delivered two walk-off singles during the same doubleheader against Dutchess Community College on April 8 at Flowers Park. In the first game, she drilled an RBI single to left which clinched an 11-10 victory for the Blue and Gold. In Game 2, she notched an RBI infield single to break a 12-12 tie and secure a 13-12 victory for the Express. During the year, Baker hit .398 and had an on-base percentage of .508. She also stole 22 bases and scored 39 times.

Harriott set a program single-season record of 29 stolen baes and swiped the most career bases in team history with 54. Harriott is also the program single-season leader with 51 runs scored and crossed home plate the most times in her career in Express Softball history with 94. This year, she hit .417 with three home runs, nine doubles, two triples, 23 RBIs, and an on-base percentage of .532. This is Harriott's second time earning a spot on the All-Region first team.

Rodriguez hit .352 this year, including a grand slam in Game 2 of Monroe's doubleheader against Dutchess on April 8. She drove in 19 runs and scored 23 times in 2025.

Vuorinen produced a batting average of .370 and scored 37 runs during the year. She stole 11 bases. In the field, she recorded 78 putouts and 54 assists. This marks Vuorinen's second appearance on the All-Region first team.

Rosario compiled a slugging percentage of .544 and hit three home runs during the season. She drove in 32 runs, scored 21 times, and produced a batting average of .367. Behind the plate, she compiled 102 putouts and a fielding percentage of .933.

Martinez had a strong season in the circle. She earned eight wins, pitched 10 complete games, and struck out 41 batters. She helped Monroe - Bronx clinch a berth in the Region 15 Championship Round by earning the complete-game win over Suffolk County Community College in an elimination game on May 3. In that contest, Martinez struck out five batters and gave up just three hits and a run, without giving up a walk, in five innings pitched.

Negrillo hit .357 during the season. She hit a two-run home run in Game 2 against Bergen Community College on March 27. She also hit a walk-off single with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to give the Express a thrilling come-from-behind win in Game 1 over Raritan Valley Community College, 8-7, on March 30.
