Jose Arrieta had an incredibly productive week for the Express. He played in seven of Monroe's eight games, batting .700, slugging 1.150 and producing an on-base percentage of .714. Arrieta hit four doubles, a triple and a home run, totaling 15 RBIs, 12 runs scored and nine stolen bases on the week. He had multiple hits and multiple RBIs in 5-of-7 games. In four games against Region 15 opponent Borough of Manhattan, Arrieta hit .846 (11-of-13) with an OPS of 2.163.
