Gabriela De La Rosa helped the Express women's volleyball team pull off a thrilling five-set victory at Union College N.J. on September 10. With the deciding set tied at 14, and Union having the momentum, De La Rosa slammed home a kill to get Monroe back on track and put the Blue and Gold in front, 15-14. On the very next play, she scored a service ace to clinch the gritty five-set victory on the road for the Express. During the evening, she tallied 11 kills, five digs, and three service aces.
