Malik Hamilton joined the Monroe University - Bronx women's basketball program as an assistant coach in October of 2024.
In the 2024-25 season, Hamilton helped lead the Express to their second consecutive appearance in the Region 15 Championship Game.
Hamilton played two seasons for Bronx Community College from 2018 until 2020. He reach double figures in scoring 54 times with the Broncos, including a career-high 32 points twice. He generated 401 rebounds, 150 assists, and 146 steals in his JUCO basketball career.
After playing at Bronx CC, Hamilton spent the next two years (2020-2022) playing basketball for Shaw University, an NCAA Division II program.
A native of the Bronx, Hamilton earned his bachelor's degree in computer information from Shaw University in 2023. He received his associate degree in computer programming from Bronx Community College in 2020.
