Keshawna Weston joined the Monroe College - Bronx women's basketball program as an assistant coach in October of 2023.
In Weston's first season at Monroe, the Express captured the Region 15 and Northeast District Championships. They defeated three nationally ranked teams in the process, including No. 12 Rowan College South Jersey Gloucester County in the consolation game of the NJCAA Tournament.
No stranger to Region 15, Weston was a guard for the Hostos Community College women's basketball team during the 2014-15 season. She earned a spot on the Region 15 All-Honorable Mention team and was selected to the CUNY Athletic Conference All-Tournament team.
Weston attended Christopher Columbus High School in her hometown of the Bronx.
