Ray Fabian joined the Monroe University - Bronx softball coaching staff as an assistant coach for pitching in January of 2025.
In 2025, Fabian helped lead the Express to a berth in the Region 15 Championship Round. His guidance helped Monroe - Bronx pitcher Melissa Martinez earn a spot on the All-Region second team.
In addition to his coaching duties for the Express, Fabian also serves as the president, manager, and trainer for the New York City Youth Sports (Non-Profit) Organization in East Elmhurst, N.Y.
From 2023 until 2024, Fabian was the manager of the Sayo Grays travel baseball team. Earlier in his career, the Floral Park, N.Y. native was the assistant softball coach of the Academy for Careers in Television & Film softball team from 2014 until 2015.
Fabian had stints as the baseball manager for the New York Angles of the Elite Travel Baseball Organization (2010-2013) and the Elmjack Little League team (2005-2010).
