Juan Camilo Escudero joined the Express men's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in August of 2024. He has strong skills in athletic development, talent scouting, and leadership.

In Camilo Escudero's first season in 2024, he helped the Express earn a 9-4-3 record, a No. 6 national ranking, and the third seed in the Region 15 Tournament with an 8-2-2 record against regional opponents. He coached Chrismonor Eugene who was named the NJCAA Division III Offensive Player of the Week and was selected to the All-Region 15 first team. Xcaret Gonzalez and Jonathan Lima landed on the All-Region first team and second team, respectively. 

In addition to his coaching duties for the Express, Camilo Escudero also coaches soccer players between five and nine years old at Greenburgh United. 

A resident of Stamford, Conn., Camilo Escudero earned his associate degree in sports management from Monroe University - Bronx in June of 2024.
