Jordan Torres completed his second season as an assistant coach for the Monroe Express baseball program in 2021.
Torres' duties with the Express including coaching the defense, as well as serving as the first-base coach.
Torres played four years of varsity baseball at Lafayette High School in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he was voted a PSAL All-Star. He went on to play at NCAA Division I University of Maryland Eastern Shore before injury cut his collegiate career short.
During the summer, Torres is the clubhouse manager for the Philadelphia Phillies' High-A affiliate, the Jersey Shore Blueclaws.
