Who is Haily?
Reason for Choosing Monroe: I chose Monroe because I wanted a university where I wouldn’t feel overlooked. As someone who has faced challenges with a learning disability, having a supportive environment and accessible professors was really important to me. Monroe felt like a place where I could succeed and build confidence.
Career Goals After Graduation: After graduation, my goal is to continue my education by pursuing a master’s degree in occupational therapy. I want to work with children and adults with disabilities and help them become more independent in their daily lives.
Dream Job: I want to become an occupational therapist to help children and adults with disabilities, using my own experiences to better understand and support them.
