Box Score MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., OCTOBER 26, 2019 - The Monroe College Express women's volleyball team's impressive season and postseason run came to an end on Saturday, as they were defeated in three sets by No. 2 seeded Queensborough Community College in the semifinals of the 2019 NJCAA Region XV Championship Tournament.

The Express historic season came to a close in straight sets (19-25, 13-25, 21-25).

Monroe wraps up the season with a program-best 19-4 overall record.

ABOUT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM AT MONROE COLLEGE
The athletic program at Monroe College encompasses a total of 30 teams competing across nine sports. There are 19 varsity and junior varsity programs, as well as club men's and women's rugby, competing on the New Rochelle campus as the Monroe Mustangs (NJCAA Division I). The Monroe Express, based out of the Bronx campus as of the fall of 2017, has 11 varsity and junior varsity teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level.
