Paolo Avvento scored 10 points, grabbed a pair of rebounds, and forced two steals at Hostos on December 3. Two nights later, he led the No. 15 Express to a Region 15 victory over Bronx CC provided eight points and seven rebounds. On December 7 at Kingsborough, Avvento generated eight points, a trio of rebounds, and just as many assists.
